Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you—who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your order, and no additional fees will be applied.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure the goods are eligible for return, please make sure:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The goods are returned in their original packaging
Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to their nature (e.g., items that deteriorate quickly or have expired)
  • Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. For your protection, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivered return shipment.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. After your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
